English-Speaking Technical Support Representative

Company "Evolvex" is announcing a vacancy for the position of English-Speaking Customer Support Advisor in an international airlines project.

The Customer Support Representative will act as an intermediary between the company and customers. They will provide comprehensive information about airline flights, products, and services, answer their questions, and assist in quickly and efficiently resolving issues related to bookings, ticket changes, and other current issues. To successfully perform their duties, the advisor must be distinguished by calmness and professionalism in any situation, have personal computer skills. The advisor must have a high level of spoken and written English.

The project operates in a 24/7 mode, and work is carried out in a hybrid format (it is possible to work both from the office and from home).

Responsibilities:

Handling customer phone and written requests within the airline project; Providing comprehensive consultation on flights, ticket booking, baggage policy, and other services; Communication with the supervisor, informing about news, and receiving feedback.

Requirements:

High (C1) level of spoken and written English; High-level skills in working on a personal computer and typing; High sense of responsibility; Ability to work in a 24/7 schedule, in shifts; Ability to work in a hybrid mode (from the office / from home).
