Head of Human Resources

"Giro Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Human Resources.

Work location: Tbilisi

Working hours: 10:00-19:00 (Monday - Friday)

Remuneration: To be determined by agreement (based on experience and qualifications)

Function and responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the company's HR strategy;

• Managing and continuously improving HR processes;

• Leading the employee selection and recruitment process;

• Managing employee development, evaluation, and motivation systems;

• Strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement;

• Participating in the development of compensation and benefits policy;

• Managing labor relations and relevant documentation;

• Preparing HR-related recommendations for management;

• Monitoring HR analytics and relevant KPIs.

• Preparing personnel orders;

• Archiving documentation for terminated employees;

• Managing corporate health insurance - adding employees, terminating, and updating data;

Our expectations:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR, including managerial positions;

• Good knowledge of HR processes and modern human resource management practices;

• Strong leadership and communication skills;

• Strategic and analytical thinking;

• Ability to make independent decisions and take responsibility;

• Organizational skills and high sense of responsibility;

• Good knowledge of Georgian and English languages.
