Project Manager

"BRG Service" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Manager.

"BRG Service" is a repair and construction company focused on quality service, transparent work processes, effective communication, and high-standard service.

We are looking for a responsible, organized, punctual, and result-oriented Project Manager who will ensure the coordination of repair and construction projects, control the quality and deadlines of work, and effective communication with clients, brigades, contractors, and suppliers.

Technical vision and practical thinking, understanding of work processes, evaluation of performed work, and timely identification of possible shortcomings are important for this position.

Main conditions:

Workplace: Tbilisi; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00; Full-time; The job involves working in the office and regular visits to project sites; Probation period: 6 months; Remuneration: fixed salary + bonus tied to successful projects.

Main responsibilities:

Planning and daily coordination of repair and construction projects; Control of ongoing work, quality, and deadlines at the site; Technical evaluation of performed work and timely identification of shortcomings; Communication with brigades, contractors, suppliers, and other involved parties; Communication with clients about project progress; Organization and transfer of project-related information and documentation to the responsible person; Performance of other current tasks within the competence, as instructed by the supervisor.

Basic requirements:

Experience in project management, repair, construction, or related fields; Knowledge of basic processes of repair and construction work; Fluent knowledge of the Georgian language; Ability to work with office programs; Driving license: Category B.

Qualification skills:

Technical vision and ability to evaluate performed work; Organization, responsibility, and punctuality; Ability to manage multiple ongoing processes simultaneously; Effective communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to timely identify and solve problems; Responsibility, punctuality, and result orientation; Ability to communicate in English or Russian will be considered an advantage; Experience working with CRM or project management systems will be considered an advantage.
