"Geo Hospitals" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Manager; Location: Tbilisi, LLC "Open Heart" Hospital; Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Functions and responsibilities
- Formation, analysis and optimization of clinical operational and technical processes (with a particular emphasis on warehouses, supplies and logistics) in coordination with the head office;
- Monitoring of economic and technical processes on a clinic-wide scale, ensuring proper functioning of infrastructure in coordination with the head office;
- Management of medical equipment, technical and equipment purchase, operation and planned/operational repairs in coordination with the head office;
- Management/optimization of clinic warehouses, supplies and logistics chain, including monitoring of warehouse balances and rational use of stocks in coordination with the head office;
- Management of the process of demand, accounting and expenditure of medical and non-medical equipment, medical consumables, medicines, hygiene and household supplies in coordination with the head office;
- Supervision of repair/construction processes, monitoring of contract conditions, communication with the head office.
Qualification requirements
- Higher education in business administration or finance is desirable;
- Experience in a similar position in a medical institution is desirable;
