Main functions and responsibilities:
Control over the quality, safety, and timely execution of installation works. Organization of the work process at facilities, supervision of installers' activities, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, and timely elimination of identified defects. Coordination of installation groups at the facility; Monitoring of the installation space within the project and technical details; Technical support for installation works at facilities; Constant monitoring of the ongoing installation process at facilities; Timely detection of defects in work, appropriate response, and resolution together with responsible persons; Monitoring of installation groups' compliance with labor safety norms at facilities; Control over the use of individual protective equipment; Control over the safety of work at heights and other high-risk jobs; Coordination of the activities of installation groups and contractors.
Basic requirements:
Experience working in the construction and/or installation field. Knowledge of aluminum door-window and facade system installation technology is desirable. Ability to read construction drawings and technical documentation. Ability to control the quality and deadlines of work. Knowledge of basic labor safety requirements. Management experience and skills. High sense of responsibility, organization, and communication skills. Ability to work in a team and make quick decisions.
