Location: Tbilisi Working hours: Monday through Friday Remuneration: 2500 GEL per month, depending on experience

Main responsibilities: - Calculating and accounting for the actual consumption of materials used for repair and construction works; - Monitoring and accounting for the volumes of completed works; - Comparing the actual consumption of materials with the quantities provided in the budget and cost estimate; - Preparing the necessary forms, reports, and supporting documentation for material write-offs; - Monitoring material movement and usage by project and type of work; - Reconciling the quantities of materials received, consumed, and remaining in stock; - Identifying material overruns, discrepancies, and deviations and presenting relevant information; - Verifying, if necessary, the quantities of materials and volumes of completed works presented by contractors and subcontractors; - Collaborating with accounting to ensure the accuracy of documentation and proper accounting of material costs; - Preparing monthly reports on material consumption and completed works for each project; - Filling out the Act of Completed Works - form No. 2.
