Work conditions
- Workplace: Tbilisi, Vaja-Pshavela Avenue №37;
- Remuneration: by agreement;
- Work schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 10:00-18:00;
- Saturday: 10:00-14:00 (remotely).
Qualification requirements
- Preferable education in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting;
- Experience working in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Ability to work with accounting programs, preferably knowledge of Apex (not mandatory, on-site training is provided);
- High sense of responsibility, attention to details and organization.
Main duties
- Receiving and processing orders in the Apex program, issuing and activating relevant commodity invoices on rs.ge;
- Reflection of internal goods movements in the Apex program, issuing and activating relevant invoices on rs.ge;
- Control of the correctness and completeness of primary accounting documentation;
- Participation in periodic inventory of goods and materials.
