Company "Zodi" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Head of Marketing Department.

Working conditions:

Salary: 4000 - 5000 GEL; Workplace: Tbilisi, Nonagafrindashvili Street 11; Work format: Full-time (onsite).

Position brief:

The goal of the position is to effectively plan and implement marketing activities, transform creative ideas into practical results, and promote brand awareness and sales growth. Independently manage processes from idea development to completion, taking into account industry specifics.

Key functions and responsibilities:

Planning and implementation of the company's daily marketing activities; Creation of a content calendar and daily management of social media channels; Preparation of creative and sales-oriented content for social media; Planning, organization, and, if necessary, implementation of photo and video content shooting; Preparation of Reels, Stories, posts, and other digital materials; Preparation of visual materials about products, new collections, and special offers; Effective presentation of product features and advantages to customers; Participation in planning and implementation of advertising campaigns; Management and monitoring of Meta Ads and other digital advertising tools; Analysis of advertising campaign results and development of recommendations for improvement; Ensuring communication of current promotions, offers, and marketing activities; Coordination of product and marketing information updates on the website; Preparation of marketing materials and communication with relevant teams; Daily coordination with branches, sales teams, and other relevant employees; Competitor analysis, market and customer activity monitoring; Analysis of marketing activities results and periodic reporting.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the marketing field;

• Experience in the construction, renovation, and finishing materials, retail trade, or similar product-related fields is required;

• High-level knowledge of social media platforms' functionality and capabilities;

• Experience in creating content and preparing visual materials;

• Practical knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager;

• Experience using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools;

• Using AI for marketing purposes - to create content or visual materials.

• Creative thinking and the ability to implement ideas in practice;
