m² is announcing a vacancy for the position of Project Analyst.

Main responsibilities:

• Assessing planned construction work and volume;
• Preparing weekly reports on construction progress, comparing deadlines with the established construction schedule;

• Organizing and managing inspections on site, preparing relevant reports;

• Controlling and ensuring compliance of construction/renovation with client requirements;

• Reporting on completed works

• Reporting on planned works

• Monitoring and analysis of project contracting and financial data

• Preparing status reports for projects

• Reviewing, analyzing, and monitoring tender proposals

• Ensuring and coordinating the arrangement of communication networks according to projects.

Mandatory qualification requirements:

• Higher education (construction engineering, architecture);

• Experience working with Cad (AutoCAD; ArchiCAD) programs.

• Experience working as an analyst;

• At least 2 years of experience working in a construction/development company;

• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.

Necessary knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of construction-technical norms, rules, and standards;

• Experience in project and quality management;

• Ability to share team responsibility and provide support;

• Ability to identify and analyze problems;

• Effective written and verbal communication skills;

• Flexibility towards changes;

• MS Office
