Job Description Role Overview The Business Client Care Expert is responsible for operational communication with newly registered business clients in the public registry, coordinating their remote onboarding process, and actively selling banking products. The role focuses on attracting new clients, offering tailored solutions to their needs, and executing plans defined according to the bank's sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities - Establishing quick and effective communication with newly registered legal entities and individual entrepreneurs in the public registry; - Offering bank products and services via telephone channels; - Coordinating the remote onboarding process for new business clients (using phone and bank digital channels); - Identifying client needs and offering relevant banking products and services; - Remote selling of banking products and offering additional products (Cross-sell); - Activating new clients and ensuring primary banking services; - Effectively managing the sales process and timely reflection of information in the CRM system; - Fulfilling individual sales plans and KPIs defined according to the bank's strategy; - Ensuring compliance with the bank's internal policies, regulations, and service standards during the sales process.
