Construction Works Supervisor

The company is announcing a vacancy for the position of Construction Works Supervisor.

Job type: Full-time;

Work location: Tbilisi, A. Kazbegi st. N24g (with occasional site visits);

Key responsibilities:

• Daily control of ongoing construction/repair works at the site;
• Control of the correctness and quality of processes according to working drawings and construction documentation;
• Control of materials/ products brought to the site, technical parameters, and quality (along with quality certificates, project and customer requirements, etc.), compliance with the project, standards, and norms;
• Identification, documentation, and photographing of deviations and violations during the work process;
• Monitoring of full and correct elimination of deviations and violations (documentation, signing, and archiving);
• Monitoring of hidden works and production of relevant acts;
• Collaboration with the labor safety specialist and giving relevant instructions;
• Control of work schedule and deadlines, redistribution of tasks as needed;
• Production of technical documentation (journals, acts, annexes);
• Periodic reporting to the company's management on the current status of works;
• Communication with technical and engineering personnel, material suppliers, and contractors;
• Constant coordination with the geodesist, control of geodesic planning, and geometric accuracy of the building;
• Control of laboratory research and measurements carried out by performers according to normative-technical documents;
• Confirmation of completed works and determination of compliance with the project and required technical specifications;
• Control, verification, and confirmation of the accuracy of completed works volumes and form N2;
• Preparation of the final report on the object.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education (construction engineer, architect);
• At least 5 years of work experience in the construction or supervision field;
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, technical regulations, and norms;
• Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially high-level work in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Project is desirable);
• B category driver's license.
