Store Manager

Company MAVA&Co announces a vacancy for the position of Store Manager at New Trend.

MAVA&Co has been the official representative of premium international fashion brands in Georgia since 1998, including brands such as Emporio Armani, Zadig & Voltaire, Armani Exchange, and New Trend.

• Location: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze Avenue

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, in shifts: 11:00-20:00, 13:00-22:00

• Salary: To be discussed

Required qualifications:

• Please note that this vacancy is not suitable for students; upper age limit - no restrictions;

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in premium brand retail sales (clothing/shoes/accessories);

• Interest in the fashion industry, knowledge of global fashion trends and luxury brands, sense of style and color, creativity, and good vision;

• Knowledge of current fashion trends, visual merchandising, and high standards of customer service;

• Higher education in management, marketing, and communications;

• Leadership skills, ability to manage a team of 15-20 employees;

• Strong communication skills and high level of English, at least B1;

• Strong IT skills in POS software (RetailPro) or Microsoft Office, ability to create required reports;

• Knowledge and ability to create SOPs for daily store operations.

Main responsibilities:

• Managing store personnel;

• Ensuring effective and smooth operation of the branch;

• Controlling sales and KPI performance, commercial and operational management of sales;

• Supervising/controlling the work performed by personnel;

• Achieving set goals through proper management, supervision, and employee training;

• Systematic inventory of goods and materials;

• Controlling cleanliness and order in the store;

• Introducing new employees to products;

• Analyzing sales and implementing mechanisms to increase sales;

• Controlling cash registers, inventory, and balances;

• Providing qualified customer service and consultation according to store standards;

• Involvement in the daily operation of the store;

• Other relevant responsibilities as may be required by the company.
