Chief Accountant

LLC "Company Black Sea Group" is a leading general contractor in Georgia, implementing large-scale infrastructure projects.

The given position involves the complete management of the accounting records of two companies included in the LLC "Company Black Sea Group". One company's activity is to provide auto technical services, and the other - to provide services and rental of construction equipment and vehicles.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chief Accountant who will ensure the management of the financial and accounting processes of these companies.

Location: Tbilisi

Work rate: Full-time

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Accounting of cash transactions;
• Accounting and control of accountable amounts;
• Implementation of bank payments and daily balance control;
• Synchronization of invoices and control of completeness of transactions;
• Accounting of service and lease sales;
• Issuance of sales invoices;
• Control of debtors and creditors and provision of registers to senior executives;
• Accounting of loans, guarantees, leasing;
• Preparation of tax declarations (VAT, profit, property tax) within the deadlines established by legislation;
• Comparison of data from rs.ge with program data;
• Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flows) periodically, as required;
• Submission of annual financial statements within the deadlines established by legislation and in accordance with the company's internal requirements;
• Extraction, processing and provision of information requested for audit;
• Processing of information and provision to tax authorities in case of tax audit;
• Control of the correctness of accounting accounts and balances.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in finance or technical field;
• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of financial accounting;
• Knowledge of 1C program;
• Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation;
• Knowledge of office programs.
