Food Safety Specialist

Company "Agrohub", the first hypermarket of natural products in Georgia, is announcing a competition for the position of Food Safety Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Control of microbiological and microchemical analysis of raw materials received at the enterprise;
• Control of checking the organic-leptonic characteristics, temperature and visual indicators of the product received at the enterprise;
• Control of raw material deadlines;
• Control of thawing of raw meat products according to standards;
• Control of sequential processing and preparation of raw materials;
• Control of temperature of manufactured products and determination of storage conditions;
• Assigning storage deadlines for products;
• Compliance with the company's internal regulations, job instructions and regulations;
• Compliance with the principles of professional ethics and corporate patriotism;

Qualification requirements

• Higher education
• 5 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of office programs (Microsoft Word; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Outlook);
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages is desirable;
• Knowledge of Codex Alimentarius, HASP laws, Law on Food Safety and storage and use deadlines for perishable products.
