Branch Manager

The "Icity" retail network is announcing a vacancy for the position of Branch Manager.

Icity has been operating successfully in Georgia for over 11 years, specializing in offering high-quality products and accessories from well-known brands such as Apple, Dyson, B&O, Xiaomi, honor, Garrett, realme, and others, as well as providing first-class service.

We are looking for an energetic and responsible person for the branch who will focus on:

Controlling the quality of customer service; Coordinating the branch personnel to ensure a high level of service; General management of processes (working with customers, product presentation, compliance with company standards).

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth operation of the company's retail facility; Managing/monitoring current operational and trading processes of the retail facility; Supervising and controlling employees at the facility; Coordinating and controlling the activities of retail facility staff, cashier-consultants; Analyzing the work performed and reporting to management; Controlling the availability of a complete assortment on the retail facility and inventory control in any commodity group at the facilities;

Requirements and skills:

Experience: at least 1 year in a similar position in the technology sector; Language skills: Georgian and English; High level of responsibility; Punctuality; Communication skills and the ability to interact with different types of people; Fluent speech; Non-conflict; Orientation towards constant growth of sales in the store.

Conditions:
