LLC "Premium Medservice" is announcing a vacancy for a Clinic Greeter / Receptionist.

Location: [Tbilisi, Saburtalo] Work schedule: Monday-Friday 09:00 - 16:00 / or in shifts] Remuneration: [fixed amount]

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and friendly team member who will become the face of our clinic and provide patients with a warm first impression and proper direction.

Key responsibilities: - Warm and polite greeting of patients and visitors entering the clinic; - Managing patient flow and directing them in the right direction (registration, doctor's office, laboratory); - Assisting with the electronic queue device and organizing queues; - Providing physical assistance and accompaniment to patients with special needs (elderly, disabled) if necessary; - Providing patients with initial information about the clinic's services and general rules; - Maintaining order and calm in the reception area.

Qualification requirements: - Higher or professional education (medical or service sector education will be considered an advantage); - Work experience in the service, hospitality, or customer service sector (desirable); - Perfect knowledge of the Georgian language; - Communicative knowledge of English and Russian languages (to conduct simple dialogues with patients).

Personal skills: - High empathy and caring attitude towards patients; - Refined communication and effective conflict management skills; - Ability to react quickly in stressful and busy environments; - Punctuality, organization, and teamwork skills.
