The company "InnoTeam" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Quality Systems and GDP Compliance Specialist.
Working conditions:
Workplace: Tbilisi
Work schedule: Full-time, five days a week
Remuneration: To be agreed upon, depending on the candidate's qualifications
Main responsibilities
- Developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs);
- Controlling the compliance of quality documentation and processes with legislation and GDP standards;
- Participating in assessing quality risks and planning preventive measures;
- Recording non-compliances and controlling the implementation of CAPA measures;
- Controlling changes and monitoring the implementation of relevant measures;
- Planning, organizing, and documenting the results of internal audits;
- Planning and coordinating the training of employees related to the quality management system;
- Participating in the evaluation of suppliers and external audits;
- Controlling and monitoring the documentation of validation and qualification processes.
Basic qualification requirements
- Higher pharmaceutical education;
- Knowledge of GDP standards confirmed by a relevant certificate;
- At least 1 year of experience working in a relevant position (pharmaceutical warehouse, pharmacy, distribution);
- Knowledge of office programs (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Communicative knowledge of English and Russian languages.
