Aftersales Manager

Development company "Panorama Group" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Aftersales Manager in Kutaisi.

We are looking for a communicative, responsible, and organized employee who will ensure interaction with owners of already sold apartments and provide primary service to potential customers who come to the office.

Main responsibilities:

Constant communication with owners of already sold apartments; Providing information to customers about the progress of the project and issues important to them; Receiving and coordinating owners' questions and requests with relevant departments; Receiving customers interested in purchasing an apartment who come to the office; Providing primary information about the project to interested persons and conducting presentations; Identifying customer needs and referring them to the relevant sales manager; Ensuring high-quality service and a positive experience for customers.

Requirements:

Fluent speech and good communication skills; Ability to present and interact with people; High sense of responsibility and organization; Customer-oriented approach; Basic knowledge of office programs; Experience working in a similar position, in sales, customer service, or development will be considered an advantage.

Working conditions:

Location: Kutaisi, Ilia Chavchavadze Avenue №8 Working days: Monday - Friday Working hours: 10:00 - 18:00
