Job Description
- Searching, evaluating and selecting suppliers;
- Negotiating prices and cooperation terms with suppliers;
- Participation in the preparation of contracts and management of relevant documentation;
- Purchasing production materials, furniture, equipment and various types of equipment;
- Organizing purchases related to the arrangement of new branches and renovation of existing branches;
- Managing purchases related to repair works and cooperation with contractors;
- Production of procurement documentation and relevant records.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply or administrative-economic direction;
- Good knowledge of the local supplier market;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including: filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic formulas;
- Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers;
- High sense of responsibility, organization and ability to work independently;
- Attention to detail and ability to manage several processes in parallel.
