Location: Tbilisi

Work schedule: Full-time - from Monday to Friday

Main functions and responsibilities

• Receiving incoming calls on the hotline and providing exhaustive information to customers;
• Redirecting incoming calls to employees of various hospital units if necessary;
• Scheduling visits for patients in the program;
• Software reflection of patient information in accordance with the standard available in the hospital;
• Making outgoing calls if necessary (confirmation, reminder, feedback);
• Identifying patient needs and offering relevant services;
• Ensuring high-quality service;
• Active participation in team meetings, activities, planning and discussion of plans, and generation of new ideas;
• Participation in hospital-organized research and surveys within the competence;
• Performance of other tasks related to the work assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements

• Higher education or a student of the graduating course;
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar or analogous position;
• Knowledge of Russian and English at the B2 level;
• Basic knowledge of office programs.
