Key Account Manager

The distribution company "BMS" announces a vacancy for the position of Key Account Manager.

The company "BMS" has been operating in the Georgian market since 2002 and is one of the growing distribution and marketing companies in the country, which distributes premium brands such as Frosch, Vileda, Basso, Wilkinson Sword, Reggia, OE, Cotoneve, Emsal, Dr. Beckmann and others.

Work location: Tbilisi, Guramishvili Avenue N64

Work schedule: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.

Salary: To be agreed upon

Functions:

• Fulfillment of sales plans, both individual and team;
• Sales planning, coordination with the head of the sales department and the marketing department (year, quarter, month) to determine the overall strategy, control and analysis of results;

• Analysis of sales indicators - reporting on market growth, expansion and changes;

• Initiating sales growth of the company and constant care about revenue growth;

• Daily communication with partners, negotiation and contract signing process within defined and delegated conditions;

• Constant monitoring of contract conditions between the company and partners;

• Planning actions in cooperation with direct supervisor;

• Reporting on the results of planned actions and analysis of results;

• Analysis of competitor companies and the market (planned activities, news, price changes);

• Ensuring dominance over competitors and constant improvement of the company's position in the market;

• Establishing long-term relationships with existing and new clients;

• Constant monitoring of sales operations (order, return);

• Monitoring/management of accounts receivable at the contract level;

• Timely detection and/or resolution of problems and delays;

• Management and evaluation of subordinate employees, monitoring their activities, training, and caring about their motivation;

• Training subordinate employees together with the marketing department, including the company's developed merchandising principles and rules for using advertising materials;

• Providing reports to the financial department for salary and bonus calculation;

• Monthly work analysis and reporting to direct supervisor;

• Performance of other tasks assigned by direct supervisor within the scope of activities.

Requirements:

• Higher education in business administration, finance or economics;

• Experience working in a similar position is required;

• Experience working with network markets is required;

• Good knowledge of computer office programs;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel;

• Ability to negotiate and persuade.
