Main responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering: Effective communication with AI - forming precise and structured tasks for generating text, visual, and video content;

• Content Strategy: Using AI tools to research the market, monitor trends, analyze competitors, and create a data-driven creative content strategy;

• Visual Content: Creating brand-style photos, illustrations, banners, short videos, animations, and social media visuals;

• Video and Voiceover: Creating videos and voiceovers using AI tools, video editing.
• Content Optimization: Using AI to improve texts, ads, posts, and campaigns, preparing different versions, and A/B testing;

• Social Media Content: Creating creative posts, video scenarios, ads, and visuals for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms;

• Innovation: Researching, testing, and implementing new AI tools in the workflow to improve brand communication and content quality.

Desirable skills and tools

• AI video creation: Practical experience working with HeyGen;

• Voiceover and audio: Experience using ElevenLabs;

• Video editing and visual material processing: Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or Firefly is desirable;

• Texts and scenarios: Experience using ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar tools.

Knowledge of other creative AI tools will be considered an additional advantage.

Creative thinking, attention to detail, meeting deadlines, and a willingness to learn new tools are important.
