We are looking for Customer Support Operators for a remote position.
Working Conditions:

- Work is done on your own computer
- Work schedule - every third day

Work shifts:
I shift - 09:00–13:20 II shift - 13:20–17:40 III shift - 17:40–22:00
Main Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls and messages
- Checking parcel status
- Answering questions related to pickup points
- Assistance with parcel pickup codes and relevant information
- Recording problematic cases
- Redirecting issues to relevant employees if necessary
- Correct recording of important cases in the system
We need from the candidate:
- Proper communication skills
- Responsibility and attention to details
- Ability to work stably for at least several months
- Own laptop or computer
- Stable internet connection
- Quiet work environment where you can talk on calls
