Financial Service Assistant

"Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University" is announcing a selection for the position of Financial Service Assistant.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00-19:00 or 09:00-18:00

Workplace: Tbilisi, Kalistrate Kutateladze #3

Type of employment: Temporary (8-month / replacement for maternity leave)

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Control of tuition fees and credits: monitoring student payments, reminders, and calculation of semester credits;

• Collection and processing of primary documents;

• Support/consultation of students and staff on financial matters;

• Receiving and accounting for material supplies;

• Performance of other tasks related to the activity at the instruction of the supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education in the field of economics, finance, audit, or business administration;

• Internship or work experience in the accounting/finance field will be considered an advantage;

• MS Office user-level knowledge.
