Construction Quality Manager

Company "Archi", a leading development company in Georgia, founded in 2006. We have already successfully completed around 50 projects and currently have over 25 ongoing constructions in Georgia.

At "Archi" we are looking for a Construction Quality Manager and his main functions will be:

Constant monitoring of ongoing construction and installation works at construction sites; Control of current technological processes; Control of the quality of materials used; Recording of technological defects allowed during the progress of works; Control of the quality of performed works and compliance with the project; Acceptance / confirmation of form 2 of the performed work; Systematic visits to sites and reporting; Performance of other tasks related to the main activity.

Qualification requirements:

Higher education in construction is required; At least 3 years of experience in a similar position is required; Experience in working in the production of reinforced concrete frame enclosing structures, architectural and finishing works is required; General knowledge and experience in the arrangement of engineering networks is desirable; Knowledge of Microsoft Office at the user level is required.
