The Retail Branch Network Management Department of JSC "Bank of Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for a Cashier-Operator position at a 24-hour Service Center in Batumi.
If employed in this position, you will: - Provide high-quality, fast, and qualified service to customers according to their requests;
- Perform various operations according to customer requests, such as: currency exchange transactions, cash receipt/disposal/transfer, sending/receiving money transfers;
- Provide customers with relevant consultations, offer them tailored banking products, and ensure the sales process;
We value your qualifications: Education: Higher education (preferably in economics, banking, or technical fields). Work experience: Desirable experience in the service and/or sales sector. Knowledge and skills: - Knowledge of computer office programs;
- Customer service skills (politeness, willingness to help customers, attention, correct redirection, error correction);
- Language skills: Georgian - fluently, knowledge of Russian and English;
