SOLO Lounge Service Manager

LLC SOLO announces a vacancy for the position of SOLO Lounge Service Manager in Tbilisi.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Report directly to the Service and Quality Manager in accordance with company standards;
• Manage and control the service quality and standards of subordinate personnel;
• Systematic analysis, identification of opportunities to improve service quality, and planning and implementation of relevant measures to achieve this;
• Determination and coordination of short-term work goals for subordinate personnel;
• Control over the execution of established procedures by subordinate personnel and prompt response to violations;
• Evaluation of subordinate personnel and provision of feedback to them;
• Control of the service process for guests arriving at the SOLO Lounge and direct involvement in the process if necessary;
• Focus on solving problems for any client arriving at the SOLO Lounge and effective communication;
• Informing guests about the product range;
• Introduction of the SOLO Boutique concept to new SOLO clients;
• Scheduled inventory and reporting;
• Warehouse control and product ordering.

For this, you will need

• Experience in teamwork, effective communication, and work in the service sector;
• Experience in planning and managing the operational part.

Mandatory requirements

• Education: Higher education;
• Work experience: Preferably experience working in the service or HoReCa sector;
• Languages: Knowledge of English and Russian.
