Micro Credit Group Senior

Retail Business Banking Services Department of JSC "Bank of Georgia" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Micro Credit Group Senior in Khashuri.

The goal of the position is to increase the number of loans issued by the credit group.

Main responsibilities:

• Searching for potential clients, offering loan products and additional banking products;
• Presenting credit products to potential clients;
• Filing documents, sending them to the relevant department;
• Controlling the quality of the group's portfolio;
• Monitoring the results of subordinate employees and their portfolios;
• Preparing/presenting the group's results to the department;
• Ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures existing in the bank;
• Managing correspondence

Mandatory requirements: - Education: Higher, preferably economics, finance, marketing, management, technical specialties;

Work experience: - At least 2 years of experience in business lending in a bank and/or credit organization.

Mandatory knowledge, skills:

• Budgeting and cost management;
• Basic principles of accounting and taxation;
• Knowledge of office computer programs;
• Sales skills, convincing, argumentative, and fluent verbal communication;
• Ability to effectively manage a group: goal setting, delegation, control, motivation, teaching, and evaluation;
• Ability to plan work, distribute time, set goals, and achieve them;
• Quick, logical, analytical thinking;
• Goal orientation, desire for development, leadership, principle, teamwork skills, flexibility, initiative, energy, activity;
