Reception and Placement Supervisor duties and responsibilities:

Supervise the staff of the Reception and Placement Department to ensure high-quality service Respond to guests' requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner Supervise the daily activities of the Reception and Placement Department, including guests' requests Ensure the correctness of payment-related issues Supervise guest feedback Resolve guest complaints Provide training and support to the staff of the Reception and Placement Department Supervise the performance of employees and submit feedback Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workplace

Requirements:

Candidates with any experience in the hotel industry, in a guest service role, will be considered English language proficiency is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Opera Cloud will be considered an advantage
