Qualification Requirements - Work experience in MEP/construction direction; - Ability to freely read engineering drawings; - Knowledge of HVAC, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems work processes; - Good knowledge of construction processes and work sequence; - Ability of effective communication with subcontractors and work groups; - Responsibility, organization and ability to quickly solve problems; - Good knowledge and practical use of MS Excel; - Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office will be considered an advantage.
