Main functions and responsibilities
- Full technical, logistical, and documentary support for delivering export products to the buyer;
- Completing/checking export documentation;
- Electronic registration (certification) of documentation;
- Providing information to the Export Manager about overloading deadlines or other possible violations during the order preparation process;
- Supporting Export Managers in various issues within the scope of competence;
- Submitting reports in the established periodicity and format.
Education and qualification requirements
- A graduate of a higher education institution in Business Administration and/or a similar field;
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages (both written and verbal);
- Experience of working in a similar field is required (at least 1 year);
- Knowledge of computer office programs.
