A construction development company "Estetik Yapi" is announcing a vacancy for a Lawyer position.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of administrative and civil legislation.
• Preparation, editing, and legal evaluation of sales, rental, service, purchase, and other contracts, registration of contracts in the House of Justice and/or notary office if necessary.
• Providing legal consultations to the company on daily operational issues and ensuring the legal support of the company's activities.
• Regular monitoring of changes in current legislation and implementation of relevant news in the workflow, preparation and control of the company's internal documentation (internal regulations, orders, statements, etc.).

Requirements:

• Higher legal education;
• At least 1 year of work experience as a lawyer, experience in the construction sector will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of civil, administrative, and labor law;
• Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Attention to detail and analytical thinking;
• Languages: perfect knowledge of Russian;
• Knowledge of computer programs (MS Office, legal databases, and other relevant resources).
