Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining and strengthening communication with the company's existing international clients, studying their needs and requirements;

- Preparing pricing policies and commercial offers, taking into account market conditions and the competitive environment;
- Presenting the company's products, preparing individual and standard commercial offers;
- Planning, controlling and coordinating orders with logistics companies to ensure timely delivery;
- Preparing export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and other accompanying documentation);
- Preparing sales reports and presenting them regularly to management;
- Promptly reviewing and resolving any claims that arise during client communication, in agreement with the direct supervisor;
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in export and import;
- Knowledge of international transportation and customs procedures;
- Knowledge of Russian and English at B2 level; additional languages will be considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Organizational skills, responsibility and effective communication.
