Functions and responsibilities:
- Control of medium-term and long-term workload of the enterprise, reporting, and initiating related issues
- Evaluation and reporting of labor costs for projects and products
- Monitoring and improvement of labor cost norms for product production
- Compilation of daily and medium-term production plans, management of deadlines
- Control of workers' daily reports, verification of statuses, and ensuring that the information reflected in the system corresponds to the actual situation
- Preliminary assessment of the production cycle of products to be released into production, identification and planning of risk factors
- Management of issues initiated by workers
- Evaluation, analysis, and reporting of the efficiency of workers and production areas
- Initiation of vacancies for workers and participation in the selection process
- Control of necessary stocks for current orders, initiation of purchases
Requirements and skills:
- Strong analytical skills
- Organization, communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in critical situations
- Rich experience of working in a similar field
- Technical skills: knowledge of Excel, experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., 1C, SAP)
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
