We are looking for a motivated and development-oriented student for the Legal Department Intern position.

What will you learn and get involved in?

During the internship, you will have the opportunity:

to participate in the preparation of contract and agreement projects in accordance with the instructions of the supervisor; to search for contract parties, subject, basic conditions, and other relevant information and reflect it in the document; to find the relevant legal basis of contracts and conduct a primary check of their compliance with the current legislation; to participate in the preparation of projects of different types of contracts, including service, purchase, lease, task, cooperation, and other agreements; to conduct a primary legal review of contracts and changes presented by the counterparty; to participate in searching and systematizing information on legal disputes and necessary documentation for the case; to study and chronologically arrange the factual circumstances of the case; to search and analyze relevant legal norms, court practice, and other legal sources; to participate in forming the legal basis and claims of the lawsuit; to help identify and prepare evidence and other documents to be attached to the lawsuit; to participate in the preparation of projects of other procedural documents related to court disputes, including statements, petitions, and written positions; to update the materials of the court case and systematize the relevant information.

to prepare projects of legal and official letters to be sent on behalf of the organization; to search for relevant information on various issues and participate in forming the content of the letter; to study the content of incoming letters and requests and prepare a draft response; to research legal issues indicated in the letters and find relevant legal grounds;

Who are we looking for?

a student of the III-IV course of the Bachelor's or Master's program of the Law Faculty; knowledge of office programs at the user level, especially MS Excel; a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented person; with a desire to learn and develop;

4. The Employer undertakes to process the information obtained from the Candidate during the pre-contractual period to the extent and within the limits necessary to achieve the goal of employing the Candidate. The obtained information is stored with the Employer for no more than 3 (three) years, and in case of any disputed issues that may be related to the Candidate or the obtained information, until the relevant dispute is resolved. In this case, if there are disputed circumstances, the Employer is entitled to transfer the obtained information to the relevant competent authorities. Also, the data sent by the Candidate may not be considered for this vacancy and may be reserved for another relevant vacancy. In case of employment, the Candidate's data will be stored for at least the entire period of employment.

5. The Employer also undertakes to provide the Candidate with complete information about the job to be performed, the form of the employment contract (written, oral), duration, working conditions, and the legal status of the employee during the pre-contractual period.
