Business Credit Analyst

Ranko is announcing a vacancy for the position of Business Credit Analyst.

Fully remote Salary: 3,000 GEL + bonus Oriented income: 5,000–7,000 GEL

Ranko helps businesses find financing, receive offers from various banks, and select suitable terms for them. At this stage, we are expanding our business loan direction and are looking for an experienced analyst to guide the process from the client's application to receiving financing.

What you will do

• Based on incoming leads, you will contact business clients, find out their financing needs, and collect necessary information.
• You will process applications and assess the financial condition of the business, including income, expenses, liabilities, and cash flows.
• You will prepare a full package of applications and financial analysis for submission to the bank's credit committee.
• You will communicate with banks, answer their questions, and provide additional information if necessary.
• You will receive credit decisions and offers from banks, explain the terms to clients, and help them make a choice.
• You will provide support to clients throughout the entire process - from application to loan disbursement.
• You will provide recommendations for improving platform processes.

What we require

• At least 5 years of work experience as a business loan analyst or in business credit analysis, including experience in trade, production, and construction - this is a mandatory condition.
• Ability to independently assess financial statements, cash flows, and business solvency.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the ability to understand and briefly convey financial information.
• Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, and experience working with multiple applications simultaneously.
• Preference will be given to those with experience in credit analysis for small and medium-sized businesses (not micro-businesses) in a bank.

• A fixed monthly salary of 3,000 GEL and a bonus based on loans issued.
• Result-dependent, oriented total income within the range of 5,000–7,000 GEL.
