Job Description At TBC's Payments Development League, specifically in the Card Transactions Edge team, we are looking for a Service Expert! In TBC, card transactions and related processes are the concern of the Payments League. The Card Transactions Team is constantly looking for new opportunities that, on the one hand, serve to solve the customer's specific problems, and on the other hand, make the customer's relationship with the bank easier, more flexible, and comfortable.

You will be a member of this team - you will be involved in both daily operational processes of card transactions and the implementation of new projects and initiatives. You will work with edge approaches and contribute to the development of the payments business and card transactions direction.

What will you do? - You will be a member of the card transactions edge team; - You will be actively involved in the daily monitoring and control of card transactions; - You will identify and process problem and exception cases related to transactions; - You will participate in identifying the causes of problems and coordinating their resolution with relevant teams; - You will be involved in ongoing operational processes in the Issuing and Acquiring directions; - You will participate in the implementation of new projects, products, and functionalities; - You will actively work on improving, streamlining, and identifying opportunities for automation of existing processes; - If necessary, you will prepare and analyze transactional data and relevant reports; - You will ensure that team goals and agreed results are achieved; - You will collaborate with technical, business, and other operational teams; - You will contribute to the development of card transactions and improvement of service quality.

Qualifications - Experience working in banking, finance, or payments; - Experience working in an Agile team; - Experience participating in defining team goals and strategic initiatives; - Knowledge of card transaction Issuing / Acquiring processes; - Knowledge of authorization and card transaction-related processes; - Experience working with POS, E-commerce, ATM, or other card channels; - Experience working with international card scheme processes; - Basic knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases; - Experience in data analysis and problem case investigation; - Knowledge of English for professional and technical documentation. - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
