Job Description Managing long-term relationships with SME clients, portfolio growth and 360° client service (credit, operational and other products). Additionally, team support and work on complex clients.
Key responsibilities; - Attracting new SME clients - Managing and developing an existing portfolio in credit and operational areas - 360° assessment of client needs and offering relevant products (loans, accounts, payments, POS, remote channels, etc.) - Initiating credit applications with the analytics group and managing the process - Business object visit - Ensuring timely receipt of financial/non-financial documentation requested from the client - Initiating security assessment (from CMM) - Coordination with analysts - Controlling portfolio quality and identifying risks - Managing overdue loans and involvement in the withdrawal process - Fulfilling sales and cross-sales plans - Regular communication with clients - Current loan amount deduction from the LCS system - Administrative debt change from the LCS system - Post-issuance, loan security change (addition/release) if it requires financial assessment from the LCS system - Loan amount unblocking from the LCS system - Loan account change from the LCS system - Agreement on credit/operational conditions with relevant delegated persons - Portfolio profitability analysis/management
