Procurement Manager

Company "Spectra" creates and develops projects in the sports industry that combine media, marketing, events, and digital technologies. Our goal is to help teams and leagues grow their audience, strengthen their connection with fans, and create new commercial opportunities. At this stage, the company's main focus is on basketball.

## Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of marketing purchases according to the company's needs;
• Market research, finding suitable suppliers and products;
• Conducting effective negotiations with suppliers and agreeing on terms;
• Controlling the quality and deadlines of purchased inventory;
• Ensuring transfers and analyzing costs;
• Generating necessary documentation for purchases and reflecting it in the program;
• Controlling existing stocks and balances.

## Qualification Requirements:

• Higher education is desirable;
• At least 2 years of work experience in procurement;
• Effective communication, both verbal and written;
• Knowledge of English is desirable;
• MS Office programs knowledge is required.

## Working Conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00;
• Location - Vake, Tbilisi.
