Lead AI Solutions Engineer

"EPAM" is seeking a Lead AI Solutions Engineer for a project with a leading company in the oil and gas sector. You will lead a team of programmers, machine learning and data engineers, and turn business needs into reliable, scalable AI solutions.

What you will do:

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and contribute to their professional growth; Define the technical vision and architecture of AI solutions; Create AI agents to support analytics, automation, and decision-making; Integrate AI agents with the company's internal data, APIs, and applications; Develop data-driven applications using Python and React, and create Power BI reports; Conduct code reviews and implement engineering standards.

Who we are looking for:

5+ years of experience as an AI, ML, or data engineer, including experience with deploying solutions in a real-world environment; Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects; Knowledge of Python, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript; Good knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and Git; Familiarity with data architecture and Power BI; Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions; English language proficiency at B2+ level.

Advantage: Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks and vector databases.
