Responsibilities
- Take orders for the cleaning department, make an accurate list and pass the information to relevant persons.
- Participate in staffing the cleaning department, planning interviews and compiling the final list;
- Record the actual hours worked by the cleaning department employees and pass the information to the Human Resources Department at the end of each month;
- Assist the manager in daily activities;
- Provide information to newly hired employees about the documents to be submitted to the Human Resources Department; pass all personal documents of employees to the Human Resources Department;
