Sales Consultant

Skinora is a store of skin care and beauty products. We are looking for 2 Sales Consultants to join our team at City Mall Saburtalo: one will work in the first shift and the second in the second shift.

Work schedule: I shift – 10:00–16:00; II shift – 16:00–22:00. Each employee will work in one fixed shift. Working and resting days will be agreed upon during the interview.

Main responsibilities

• Consult customers and assist in product selection;
• Introduce Skinora products, their usage, and benefits;
• Manage the sales process and achieve set goals;
• Control product layout and store tidiness;
• Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Requirements

• Knowledge of skin care and beauty products or active interest in this field;
• Experience in retail sales or working with customers will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent Georgian is required; knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage;
• Responsibility and good communication skills.

Terms: Workplace: City Mall Saburtalo, Tbilisi; Fixed salary and sales-dependent commission.
