Marketing Manager

The leading distribution company in the aesthetic market, "Pharma Store", is announcing a vacancy for a Marketing Manager position, which will be involved in the process of presenting and popularizing new brands in the market.

Work location: Saburtalo, Giorgi Daneliashvili N2

Work schedule: 5 working days a week, 40 hours

Main responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing brand strategies, setting marketing plans to help increase demand for the brand;

• Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends, with the aim of introducing new ideas into the brand strategy;

• Planning and managing the budget for increasing brand awareness;

• Creating and developing marketing materials, including packaging, advertising content, and advertising campaigns;

• Constant communication about the brand with the target audience, sharing a consistent message across all platforms, including social media, websites, and print materials;

• Collaborating with advertising agencies and partners to plan and implement brand creative development and marketing campaigns;

• Organizing and participating in aesthetic medicine industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to showcase products and connect with potential clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing;

• Knowledge of brand development and marketing principles;

• Fluency in Georgian and English is required; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

Skills:

• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;

• Creative thinking for brand development;

• Fluency in Georgian and English is required;

• Proactivity and self-confidence.
