Assistant Warehouse Manager for Finished Products

LLC "Tbilisi Dairy Plant" is inviting a responsible and detail-oriented team member to the position of Assistant Warehouse Manager for Finished Products.

Work location: Tbilisi, E. Aphkhazava st. №27 Employment: Full-time Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, with a salary of 1800 GEL per month.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the process of receiving finished products from production to the warehouse;
• Check the quantity, assortment, and condition of incoming products;
• Place finished products in the warehouse, considering established storage rules;
• Control the correct layout and sequence of product issuance;
• Participate in fulfilling customer orders;
• Prepare products for dispatch;
• Check the completeness of documentation, including waybills and e-waybills;
• Transfer prepared products to expeditors for delivery to customers;
• Record the transfer of products to the expeditor;
• Participate in loading products onto transportation vehicles;
• Control the quantity and assortment of products when issuing from the warehouse;
• Participate in inventory and periodic checks of warehouse balances;
• Monitor the expiration dates and condition of finished products;
• Inform the Warehouse Manager of any discrepancies, damages, or other issues;
• Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse;
• Ensure compliance with temperature and sanitary regimes;
• Work with commodity and transport documentation;
• Adhere to internal labor regulations, labor safety requirements, and sanitary norms;
• Perform tasks assigned by the Warehouse Manager related to the smooth operation of the warehouse.
