Operations Manager

"JOY" is a Georgian beverage brand, whose products are sold in over 1000 organized and unorganized retail outlets across Georgia. "JOY" is one of the fastest-growing companies in the Georgian market and is currently looking for suitable candidates to build a modern organizational structure consisting of professionals who will activate specific links in the structure.

Position: Operations Manager

What we offer:

Salary: ₾1,200-₾1,500 Performance review and salary revision after 6 months Clearly defined responsibilities - you know exactly what you are and are not responsible for;

What you will do:

Delivery Supply chain management; Route planning; Coordination of distributors and control of their effectiveness; Delivery documentation and confirmation;

Inventories Weekly inventory accounting and comparison with the system; Interaction with partner enterprises; Warehouse organization and control of product condition;

Inventory Organization of inventory purchase, branding, and transportation; Placement at the facility with signed acceptance; Production of a complete inventory register; Quarterly audit on-site; return of inventory from inactive sites and re-placement;

Daily operations and expenses Coordination of distribution personnel, transportation, and fuel; Accounting of operating expenses within the approved budget;

Reporting: weekly report: on-time and complete delivery percentage, inventory status, expiration cases, inventory register status;

Who we are looking for:

Essential 1-3 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution; Ability to perform small and large tasks meticulously; Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - formulas and filters; B-category driving license and readiness for daily movement;

Advantage Experience in FMCG, beverage, or food product distribution Experience working with warehouse or inventory accounting systems
