Cashier-Operator - Day Shift - Part-time

Financial company LLC "Sono Credit" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cashier-Operator (gold and pawn shop, currency conversion) in the day shift.

Conditions:

• Type of work: Part-time.

Job responsibilities:

• Pawn shop, gold pawn shop, currency conversion.
• Providing high-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified service to customers;
• Polite, friendly, and warm attitude towards customers;
• Interviewing customers, recording their loan requests, and familiarizing them with pawn shop procedures and tariffs;
• Evaluating collateral;
• Drafting contracts and acts of valuing valuables;
• Transferring received valuables to storage;
• Issuing loans in relevant software;
• Returning valuables in full or in part when the loan is fully or partially repaid;
• Following established procedures for realizing overdue credits.

Job responsibilities - currency:

• Greeting arriving customers and creating a comfortable environment;
• Communicating with customers and converting the relevant amount;
• Recording and archiving relevant documentation;
• Conducting identification and verification processes as required by law (if necessary);
• Maintaining order and keeping the office clean and organized.

Work experience:

• Preferred: experience in a pawn shop/microfinance organization/currency exchange point (experience with a cash register)//bank (experience with a cash register)/electronics store (knowledge of electronics required), applicants with knowledge of electronics will be given priority (specifically; phones, laptops, computers, etc.) regardless of profession;
• For those without experience: logical thinking skills, high sense of responsibility, good learning ability, motivation.

Requirements: languages - Georgian (good), English and Russian (intermediate level)
