Service Leader

"Communal Hospitality" is a leading Georgian company in the hospitality industry, which includes the Communal brand of boutique hotels, conceptual restaurants, and cocktail bars.

"Communal Hospitality" was established in 2017 and has since implemented creative projects in Tbilisi, Telavi, and Kutaisi. The Communal brand hotels and restaurants have gained international recognition in influential publications: Vogue, Time, Le Figaro.

"Communal Hospitality" focuses on creating and implementing creative, modern concepts, European management models, and the constant development of team members.

"Communal Hospitality" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Service Leader.

Main duties and responsibilities:

** Receiving orders from guests and timely delivery;

** Constant control of service employees;

** Providing guests with information about daily special offers;

** In-depth knowledge of products available in the menu and their preparation methods;

** Table and dish preparation;

** Preparation of checks for total food costs and additional charges;

** Providing information to the supervisor in case of complaints from guests.

** Acting in accordance with international standards and the restaurant's internal regulations.

Required skills and requirements:

** Work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;

** Education in the field of food and beverage will be considered an advantage;

** Knowledge of English;

** Ability to work in a team;

** Excellent communication skills;

** Detail-oriented;

** Experience working with restaurant operational programs;

** Responsible, hardworking, and energetic.
