wegroup’s Finance Department is seeking a Junior Accountant to work alongside the Chief Accountant in maintaining the company's daily accounting records and collaborating with stores on a daily basis.

What you'll do
Daily verification of store sales and error correction in FINA: returns, payment types (cash, card, installment), discrepancies between cash register and Z-report Daily posting of operations and documents in FINA (commissions, overlapping of debtors and creditors) Posting of banking operations in all currencies, controlling cash balances Management of electronic invoices and receipts on RS.ge, reflecting incoming information in FINA Organization of store documentation (acts, checks, installment accounts) and assistance with accounting issues Production of installment and debtor documentation Participation in month-end closing: extracts, realization, returns, advances Registration of new employees in RS.ge and FINA Production of fuel expense reports
Our expectations
Higher education At least 1 year of experience as an accountant or assistant chief accountant Knowledge of working on RS.ge; knowledge of FINA is an advantage Good level of Excel skills English or Russian language at least at B2 level Accuracy, responsibility, and proper time management
