Hotel complex "Villa Mosavali" is announcing a vacancy for a Baker position. "Villa Mosavali" is located in Natakhtari, village of Akhalubani, and combines a hotel, Georgian and European restaurants, and large-scale banquet and event spaces.

Employment type: Full-time

Key responsibilities:

Preparation of various types of bread, khachapuri, and other baked goods according to approved recipes and standards; Kneading, processing, proofing, and fully managing the baking process of dough; Controlling the quality, expiration dates, and proper storage of raw materials; Ensuring the taste, visual appeal, and portion standards of products; Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the workspace, inventory, and equipment; Adhering to food safety and sanitary-hygiene norms; Effective collaboration with the kitchen team and timely fulfillment of orders.

Qualification requirements:

Practical experience in preparing bread, khachapuri, and various types of baked goods; Knowledge of dough preparation and baking technology; Focus on quality and attention to detail; High sense of responsibility and discipline; Ability to work in a busy environment and manage time effectively; Teamwork skills and knowledge of sanitary-hygiene norms.

Working conditions:

Work schedule: 5/2, according to shifts; Working hours: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break; Salary: 2000 GEL per month, paid in hand; Meal provision; Transportation from Tbilisi; Accommodation for employees near the hotel, if needed; Opportunities for professional development and career growth.
