Housekeeping Supervisor

"Gudauri Lodge" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Housekeeping Supervisor.

Location: Gudauri

Reports to: Housekeeping Manager

Function-Responsibilities:

• Check all rooms according to the relevant status
• Provide necessary instructions to new employees
• Distribute tasks to employees working in shifts
• Coordinate and supervise the overall activity of the department
• Solve problems that arise during the shift
• Perform other tasks assigned by the department manager
• Check work supplies
• Conduct training for housekeepers on the correct use of materials and equipment
• Check the quality of cleaning in public areas;
• Control the cleaning of hotel premises under their responsibility in accordance with hotel standards
• Immediately transfer guests' belongings found in vacated rooms to the security and safety department, and valuable items such as money, driver's licenses, plane tickets, etc. to the financial controller
• Check carpet cleanliness and plan periodic shampooing
• Check the tidiness and cleanliness of corridors in front of rooms

Qualification requirements and skills:

• Work experience in the hotel housekeeping sector
• Ability to work in a busy work environment
• High sense of responsibility
